Return & Refund Policy (Earbuds, Chargers, Power Banks, Smart Watches, Cables)

Return Window:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only.

Eligible Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong item delivered, or damage in transit.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Used, damaged, or physically altered products.
  • Missing accessories or packaging.
  • Minor issues like software setup, pairing, or compatibility problems.

Product-Specific Notes:

  • Earbuds & Smart Watches: Return only if not working or defective on arrival.
  • Power Banks & Chargers: Return only for charging failure or physical defect on arrival.
  • Cables: Return only if not functioning at first use.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection of returned item.
  • Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to original payment method.

Replacement Option:

  • Defective products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on stock availability.

General Terms:

  • Company reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
